  • What is Freshiana?

Freshiana is a premiere online shopping destination offering daily sales at up to 80% off Retail! Each week we do our best to deliver new products direct to our customers' door. Best of all, shipping delivery within the U.S. is always free!

  • Where Do We Ship From?

Most of our products are shipped to our customers directly by our suppliers. This cuts out the middle men and allows us to limit our costs.  When our costs are limited, we pass the savings directly on to our customers by offering extremely low prices.

Many of our suppliers have facilities located both in the U.S. and abroad and all of our products are shipped utilizing package tracking.  No matter whether your package ships from one of our suppliers in the U.S. or in Asia, we can track the package throughout the shipping process.

Since our products are sourced from a handful of trusted suppliers, orders consisting of multiple items will usually arrive in separate packages.

  • Do We Offer International Shipping?

At this time, Freshiana can ship to all domestic locations within the U.S together with Canada and the U.K.  We hope to be able to ship to more international locations in the near future and we will definitely keep you posted.

  • How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Usually our waist trainers are delivered within 3-9 business days via usps, however, a few take a little bit longer depending on the model.  The product descriptions almost always reference the average delivery time.
 
If you purchase a product that ships from one of our international suppliers, your package will almost always arrive via international shipping and that can take 8 -15 business days for delivery.  
  • How Do I Check My Order Status?
If you need to check on the status of an order and for some reason you didn't receive a tracking number just send us an e-mail to sales@freshiana.com and we will be happy to help you.
  • Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can cancel an order or update your shipping address within six hours from the time you place your order with us. Review your order confirmation e-mail and send us your change or cancellation request via the link within your order confirmation e-mail.

  • What If I Need to Change My Delivery Address?
Again, you can cancel an order or update your shipping address within six hours from the time you place your order with us.
 
After six hours, we have begun the fulfillment process for your order and we are unable to change it.
  • How Do We Choose The Products Offered On Freshiana?

Our merchandising team works with our brand partners and sourcing specialists to select the best product assortments for our customers.  Many of our product selections are based on current and future trends together with a variety of products that we are confident our customers will love. 

  • How Do I Know If My Apparel and Accessories Purchase Will Fit Me?

For the most part, our products fit true to size.  We provide size charts whenever we can and these will help you with your purchase.  If you are unhappy with the size or fit of your product, you may return it, subject to and in accordance with our return/exchange policy.

  • Can I Place An Order Over The Phone?

Yes, we can accept phone orders, however, our phones get pretty busy so we recommend you place your order on our website.

 

  •  What Forms Of Payment Do We Accept?

We currently accept payments by Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa Credit and Debit, MasterCard Credit, American Express, and Discover Card.

  •  When Will I Be Charged For My Purchase?

You will be charged at the time you complete your checkout.  You will also receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after you complete your purchase.  If you find that you have made a mistake during your purchase, you have 2 hours to make any necessary changes by filling out the change form which is found in your confirmation e-mail.

  • Can I Be Sure That Freshiana Keeps My Personal Information Safe And That It Won't Sell Or Rent My Information To Anyone Else? 

Here at Freshiana, we value our customers and we respect their privacy to the highest possible degree.  We only collect customer information that is required to fulfill your order, to communicate with you about your purchase, to improve your shopping experience, and in order to communicate with you about our products and sale promotions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone under any circumstance.  All promotional material you receive from us will have an easy unsubscribe link which will allow you to remove yourself from any future mailings from Freshiana.

  • Who Do I Contact For A Billing or Payment Question?

Please e-mail us at nikki@freshiana.com or call 1-800-301-8071. We are happy to help you with your inquiries and we almost always respond within 24 hours.

  •  If I Request A Refund, When Can I Expect It?

 Refunds are usually processed within 72 hours after receiving returned products or within 24 hours after receiving an order cancellation request which was submitted within the 2 hour deadline after a customer places an order with us.  You will receive an e-mail after your refund has been processed and depending on your bank or credit card company, refunds are usually received in 3-10 business days.
