Return Policy

At Freshiana, we value your business and we want you to be happy! With that being said, although we don't want to post our return policy, we are obligated to do so. Here goes.........

Easy 180-Day Returns
Having second thoughts or an issue with your purchase? No worries—we can help! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 180 days of the original ship date.

You can return an item for a refund of your purchase total within 180 days of the order shipping date; all you will need to do is send your item back to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the received items within 48 hours and begin the refund process. In the event we are unable to issue you a refund after inspecting your returned items, we will e-mail you with an explanation.

Return Eligibility

Merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all original tags still attached to each item in order to qualify for a refund. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include the following:
Items that cannot be returned for hygenic reasons (e.g. toiletries, lingerie, swimwear, waist trainers, earrings, bedding, pillows, and some leather goods as noted)
Items that have been personalized or monogrammed
Items that have been assembled by the customer
Items marked Final Sale
Clearance Items
Gift Certificates
Items Marked "Non-Returnable"
You may, however, contact us by e-mail if you have purchased one of these items and you have any issues or questions about exceptions pertaining to these items and our return policy.

Clearance Items

Clearance items cannot be returned. However, if you received this item and find there is substantial damage or some other issue, please contact us by e-mail.

Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will be happy to order you a replacement. Click here for additional information on requesting a replacement.

Gift Returns

Unfortunately at this time we are only able to issue refunds to the original form of payment.


All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Refund Processing Time
Mail-in returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please make sure that your returns are sent back to us with a valid tracking number in order to confirm delivery.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
