Shipping charges suck. We don't charge shipping on any domestic purchases; we find it's much simpler that way and our customers love it!

Regarding delivery, each product has in its description a specific time frame for delivery. Sometimes it can take longer or less than that, but we make every effort to keep these dates updated. If for any reason the delivery date of a product changes we'll keep you updated and let you know right away.

You may return all products within 180 days of delivery as long as they meet the requirements set forth in the more detailed return policy located at checkout. You can initiate a return or a refund on items by e-mailing us. Refunds are processed within 72 hours upon receiving. 

At this time, Freshiana cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Freshiana. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
